The Pristone Method
One capability loop across every track.
A capability pathway is a sequence of increasingly independent performances. It is not an automatic enrollment ladder: learners may enter, pause, skip, or leave at different stages based on their goal and diagnostic evidence.

Students
A student may begin in mathematics, coding, computer science, or AI. Projects and research become appropriate only when the foundations and ownership are ready.

Plan, build, test, and explain a complete piece of work rather than following a tutorial.
Form a question, establish a baseline, design an experiment, evaluate evidence, and report limitations.
Make sound technical decisions and continue learning without permanent dependence on a tutor.
Professionals
Professional pathways use real or properly deidentified scenarios so that the reasoning transfers to interviews and work without exposing confidential information.
Observe the current work: code, designs, explanations, interview performance, or project decisions.
Repair the specific knowledge, execution, or communication constraints that limit performance.
Develop system design, machine learning, software architecture, and engineering judgment in context.
Test the capability in realistic interviews, reviews, presentations, or unfamiliar scenarios.
Reason about ambiguous decisions, tradeoffs, influence, and consequences with increasing independence.
Entry decisions
What decision, performance, project, exam, role, or capability would make the engagement worthwhile?
What can the learner currently do without assistance, and where does the work begin to break down?
Does the next stage require prerequisite knowledge, consistency, maturity, or independent work that is not yet present?
Which gap is most likely to limit progress if it remains untreated?
Is the goal a narrow near-term performance or a long-term capability that needs repeated feedback?
Can the learner complete the required work between sessions and explain the resulting decisions?
Continue through the Pristone system
The diagnostic identifies the first useful stage and explains why it comes before the alternatives. You can use the written plan with or without ongoing Pristone mentorship.
