The diagnostic is a paid live 1:1 session billed hourly at a premium private rate. The exact rate is confirmed before scheduling. Any ongoing recommendation is scoped only after the diagnostic; there is no commitment beyond the first session.
Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice.
Late cancellations and no-shows count as used unless an emergency exception is agreed.
If the session materially differs from its published scope, contact Pristone within 48 hours for review and an appropriate correction. No score, admission, job, or other outcome is guaranteed.
